Returns at Hek-kopen.nl!

It's a shame you're looking at this page. Usually, something's wrong. But it happens.

If you bought something from Hek-Kopen.nl and change your mind, don't worry! You have 14 days to return your items, and you don't even have to tell us why.

To request a return, please email us. We'll send you an email confirming receipt of your return request.

You are responsible for arranging the transportation of your return shipment, and please note that you will be responsible for the costs. If you prefer, we can also arrange for your return to be collected, but this usually costs between €100 and €250, depending on your order.

Regarding refunds, if you cancel within 14 days, you'll receive a refund for your fence order, but not for the shipping costs. If we arrange the return transport, you'll receive a refund, but we'll also deduct the return shipping costs from the amount you'll be refunded.
In short, there are always costs, so consider carefully beforehand what you want and don't want. This prevents unnecessary steps for both you and us.

Sometimes it CANNOT be returned!

There are a few exceptions to returns, such as if the items have been used, damaged, altered, reported too late, are poorly packaged, or have insufficient postage.

What can NEVER be returned?

Bar fencing, modern ornamental fencing and concrete can never be returned.
So really think carefully beforehand whether you order this correctly!
